In a team situation, there are several ways that can be involved for resolving conflicts. The best way is to communicate with the team members regarding the conflicts. There is always a need of asking question in order to know the source of the conflicts (Tjosvold et al. 2014). Without knowing the source, it is next to impossible to come up with solution for resolving the conflicts in a proper manner. Other great ways are to be creative while dealing conflicts, and staying away from any kind of negative words while discussing with the team members.
